And even if it would have been a nice layout, it'd be built in the wrong ways.

The content box is only like 10cm. Do you want users to scroll down to read everything?
Why don't you even create an expandable box?

The navigation is not nice.
The left sub-navigation's shadow doesn't fit in.

But hey! It aint even mine! I Dont work there anymore either XD Lol. Yeh the scroll thing is very very annoying think they are getting new layout soon.
