There are a few Habbos out there who feel they have been scammed of
their precious furni through Trading. Trading is a risky business and
there are a lot of untrustworthy Habbos waiting to rip you off. The new
trading system allows you to think about your decision - is he or she
really giving you a good deal? Do you really need to trade that piece of furni in the first place?

I think the Trade Pass has saved the day and here is why:

- There are nine spaces now instead of six.

- You have two chances to confirm that you really want to trade with this person.

- You have to confirm your email address because if you feel you have been scammed Player Support
can contact you through email.

- Your account must have been on Habbo for at least an hour so you can get your bearings.

- While taking a break from Habbo you can switch off your pass so your furni can’t be traded without
your knowledge.

These are great ways that make it safer to trade. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t be scammed,
so always be careful.

i couldn't agree more and think it is a great idea :)
i also love the furniture preview which comes up on scrollover so you can get a better look at the item and confirm it :P

i think that countdown should be removed
and the button should just be enabled straight away :S

tbh if you turn your tradeing pass off and youve been hacked they already know your password so tbh i think it should be a special pin CODE or summut that only you know but it still wouldnt stop hackers from dropping in others rooms :)

Exactly what I've thought for a long time.

Maybe even a code that you need to get on the actual client.

Like lets say:

1) You log onto your account.

BUT:

2) You then type in a second password which is a 4 digit code (4235/5453 etc). As then without the code knowing the main password would be useless!
