Most of us use SAM 2 broadcaster.
It's easy to use and does the job.
Theres a good youtube video on how to download it and use it, I think if you search HxlProductions, it was made by a habboxlive DJ so is quite useful and reliable.
Good luck =]

You can also use SAM3 but make sure whichever SAM you use, you register it so you can use it properly.
There should also be a download link on the video that Melissa said to look at :)

I think the best for a new dj is Winamp and Shoutcast, There easy to pick up, once you have experience move to SAM

HabboxLive dont accept any other program than sam broadcaster 2 or 3, also the program must be registered.

I tried to use winamp and got really confused, SAM2 is very easy to use.
DJallya maybe you tried to download it before?
go to control panel > add or remove programmes and try and remove anything to do with sam if there is any :)
