Well actually, a job like being a Moderator or some type of manager would need to require good communication skills and good grammar skills, if you are wanting for someone to look at the thread then explain to them what experience you have etc.
not just asking "I have experience and need a mod job", not very good grammar skills at all but good luck in finding a job.
