I have recently set up a site to basically showcase my photography (and writing). I set it up after reading that "free .co.uk" thread, and I proceeded to use 000webhost (and it's templates) to create the actual site. I also managed to get AdSense on there too, to help generate some moneys. :)

Isn't it just a long exposure time so the light gets pulled into a streak rather than just being captured?

Hey guys.

Yes that is long exposure. I set my camere to capture any light it sees for 8 seconds, and just stuck it as a picture. I love long exposure.

It looks really really good! How did you get it from that hieght? And can you do long exposure on compact digital cameras or do you need an SLR?

I believe you can do it on some normal cameras. I created this:

Using a Samsung L100. That is the name of my ex girlfriend, she loved it!

The spelling and grammar on it is absolutely horrible.

What does the "writing section" have to do with photography? If you're *attempting* to make yourself look presentable, you don't put a pathetic letter to KFC on your photography website, seriously.

Most of the photography is really generic, nothing special.

I actually like your approach on the website; My only quibble would be asking for donations, when you could instead be offering your services; or images as stock, no?

That's not a bad idea. I will remove the donations, and investigate in offering my images as stock. Thanks :)

Also, mainly at Dentafrice, the "poor grammar" has been fixed. It was part of the template that it was all lowercase. Now I'd like you to point out any spelling mistakes.

I was thinking the same.

Have you thought about uploading your images to a site like Fotolia?

Did you get any reply's from KFC? I would like to hear them if you have any.
