02202 - Anyone know the number?

I know this may be the wrong section of the forum and I apologize if it is.

My problem is that the number 02202 keeps calling my mobile at random times, it's done it in the morning, just after school and in an evening. All of the times I haven't answered due to not noticing my phones ringing, then when I do seeing that it's an odd number and being a bit scared. =S

I'm on the network O2 so I was thinking it could be them but why would they be ringing me?

Anyone have any ideas and what I can do to stop these calls?

I think this has happened to me before, I'm also on o2 and before when I answered it was a pre-recorded message about something to do with o2. I'm not sure.

I just looked on the o2 section of my phone and 02202 is the information hotline. So yeah, I should imagine there trying to tell you something important lol.

ha, unlucky for you, if you google the phone number you will see why.

its nothing to do with o2 apparently, but an annoying phone service.

just wait it out and dont pick up. or rign customer services and see if they can block the number

I had the number phone me too. They don't phone anymore, ever since they kept getting either the busy tone sent to them or no answer at all :D That was about 2 weeks waiting.

I'm not going to answer to them and I've contacted O2 to see what they can do, they probably can't do much but i thought it's worth a try!
I'll most likely end up just waiting for them to stop calling me.

Hey, found another number they apparently try to get in contact with:

That's another number that rings alot, and they're related to O2, by doing offers through this company. Google the number :)

Ring o2 on 202 and tell them you're getting abusive phone calls from 02202 and you want it blocked, they should be able to block it from ringing you
