$16571? Take off the '71' and you'll be close. No-one will buy a fansite based on something like Habbo and naturally it can't take money, and the user base would disappear. Even if it wasn't about selling, the fact it cannot make any money other than through Google Ads is the main reason it's not worth that much.

I'd imaging Google.com would cost alot more than that to buy :P Conidering the amount of money and the influence Google has had with the .com domain. Not forgetting it is the one people tend to type in which redirects them to their countrys domain e.g. .co.uk
