Open up 'Computer' (this can be done through the start menu). Now double click where it says 'Local Disk' (it also may say something like 'C:'). A file will be there called 'mysql', double click it. Now, double click the folder that is named 'bin', and scroll down. Double click the file named 'winmysqladmin' NOT 'winmysqladmin.cnt'! Ok, now wait a few seconds, and a little stop light should appear at the bottom right corner (status bar) of your screen. Right click it, and scroll over 'Win NT' and click 'Start the Server Standalone'. A box will come up, and click 'Yes'. Now, try restarting Sam Broadcaster, and the program should now open.
If there is no Mysql folder, then dont even pay attention to the rest

Also, make sure that when the screen pops up and says something (with a check box next to it) like "Automatically Run MySQL on startup" that you make sure it is CLICKED. That'll download it. Also, you shouldn't need to change the already entered port/pass/ip etc.

I said a little stop light and thats weird that it doesnt work. Make sure when you try to reinstall it that you do the following:
1. Uninstall
2. Go to the Mysql file i was talking about, and make sure you right click it and DELETE IT! This will ensure all its contents will be gone (make sure you get rid of it in the recycling bin aswell)
Then try to install again.
