That's just BASIC, not Visual Basic.
There's a difference, although is derived from BASIC.
No, there is and will not be a Visual Basic for Mac, considering that it is a Windows event-driven programming language, and wouldn't run or compile on a Mac.

Xcode is Objective-C, nothing like Visual Basic.
If you took his post in the context of what he quoted then it would make perfect sence as to why he linked to xcode.
