New PC, what should I install?

I built my own PC and I'm wondering... what are your must installs? It runs Vista Ultimate if that helps.

Reformated Windows yesterday so that's easy enough.

Firefox is first (With all my add-ons and settings of course), MSN then MSN+ then iTunes with Last FM.

And the rest of my software I setup:
Skype
Picasa
Live Mesh
uTorrent
Flash Player
Shockwave
ImgBurn
Logitech SetPoint
Logitech G-Series
Logitech QuickCam
