Anyone else watch it.
Watched the first 5 episodes last night, pretty good.
It's like FMA mixed with Bleach and Claymore if ya' know what I mean.

Its on my to watch list Funimation have it and were gonna release dvds. soon so was gonna watch the dvd releases. but might just stream it.. 4th opening is good xD OO 1st dvd out end of this month. ill buy it and give it a try then. from the eps youve seen so what rating you give it out of 10 xD?

8 at the moment but reading some reviews apparently it gets so much better.
The main character resembles Ed from FMA so much in the way he speaks and appears.
And what's not to like he has a giant claw as a weapon

my friend is in love with this anime, but thenagain he thinks bleach is the best anime ever (even better than fma? ***lux.) Anywho, if it's a good anime ill probaly watch it after wolf's rain. Got 2 episodes left which ill probaly go watch... now. So looks like im startin d.gray-man tomoro!

I dont remember saying they are the worst dubs? I said they done a rubbish one piece if I got used to one piece after 105 episodes how can I get used to a new voice for them :s

I got used to a new voice for all the characters in Naruto Shippuuden.
Thats because they get older and there voices need to change
On one piece episode 106 it doesnt say "5 years later" And the blond guy had a posh voice befor and now he has a normal american voice

he said there isnt a time skip so he cant get used to it, but there is a time skip in naruto which is what he means ;)

Nothing is like Gintama, and a mixture of Soul Eater, Bleach and Claymore would just be pure action. Boring! :P Does it actually have a decent story and characters? If it felt different from Soul Eater and Bleach, if it was unique like they were when they first came out then, then I'd give it a go.

I think he means its like gintama in the way that it can be serious, but also funny aswell. But i dno, so far i wouldnt compare it to gintama.

I've noticed a lot of anime switch between serious and funny these days, Gintama is a special case though because it's actually a comedy anime that tends to go serious every now and then, when it's usually the other way 'round with basically every other series (meaning other series are usually quite serious but tend to have comedic moments, unlike Gintama which is a comedy that has serious moments). I can't think of a comedy that switches to serious like Gintama does.

I don't think it's ever stated anywhere, but Claymores don't seem to age once they reach adulthood.

Chris watch the first 5-10 episodes of D.grayman. It's awesome, the storyline is good and they introduce characters but not too many. The supervisor in Dgrayman is like Armstrong only not as built lol.

Love Ep38, they introduce characters and take them away so quickly. It's amazing they way they go about it.

im on like ep 33, and there really hasnt been anything about the major storyline. Sure they introduced 2 new characters and sort of showed u the noah clan, but i want moereeeeeeeee. It is quite entertaining though so its not like im struggling to watch it x]

I think I'm pretty much set for a good few months anime wise with Hajime no Ippo, Eureka Seven, Great Teacher Onizuka and Monster. That's over 240 episodes right there! Not including the various weekly series I watch... yeah, don't ask if i've watched D.Gray-Man until next year.

I finally finished the series, the last episode was good but not the best. It left loads of things unsolved but loads of rumours have been flying around that season 3 is coming soon but they are waiting for more manga material to come out so the anime can catch up to it. Apparently it is coming though, the manga well the last episode ends at around Chapter 156 and well Im going to read from there :P

Hehe you should, ending is a bit disappointing but it kinda' leads it on for a 3rd season which aint been confirmed by many fans speculate it's coming.
Finished it just now.
I did like the series, despite it went quite slow apart from the ending. The ending with road and tykki in the ark was awesome. I did find that the ending was a little disappointing coz all they did was beat a lvl 4 and stuff, but it was still awesome.

Hoshino (creator) said she based the Earl on Dorian Grey from the League of Extraordinary Men. I think she pick Dorian's power to be Earl's power. That is to live long over the century. Dorian Grey would never die, until his old picture been destroyed. I think the Earl's weakness is the same as Dorian's.
She also was a fan of dolls so the D stands for Dolls
Gray is a mixture of white so it means black = evil and white = good, this means nobody is too evil or too good representing the innocence, take sumans case into this.
So humans are the dolls of good and evil xD

It's in the manga, it's a brief history before the actual story starts about how the Earl had a partner and then the Earl got greedy and thus the Black Order was formed and so Dorian Gray tried to kill him.

Got my dvd watching it atm. watching Dub with JP subs. only thing im dispointed with is they dont have the marathon feature they have with there DBZ and One Piece dvds.

Cool well what ive done to my vids apart from the DGray man ones is put them into Windows movie maker then published them in 720p that way when there uploaded into youtube youu get the HD instead of HQ.

Cant. i really hate streaming anime. unless its on a site liek crunchyroll. and my internet is really bad at the moment im being disconnected up to 30 times a day. brothers blaming me for downloading to much but havent downloaded anything big in a while. but yes until i can get a hold of virgin no downloads.
Plus i got a new tv so i like watching stuff on there ^.^
Only thing i didnt like about the dvd was they just had the jp opening for both audio tracks. didnt dub the song which they have been doing for One Piece. i read you were watching one ep of one piece a week.. what ep you on atm?
