You know people have them pictures on facebook and they tag tons of people, for example it could be a grid with all the different windows live expressions, does anyone know where you can get them?

Could you have not just right click > save as...?

If you mean like loads of charecters like Mr Men or something, why don't you just search on google e.g. mr men charecters.
The right click the picture and save the picture then add it to a album on facebook.
Then you can tag your friends to them.
