Free Web Layout

Hey there;

This layout was for vpsWOW originally, however I see no use for it now that they seem to have sold their assets.

It is just a simple layout, and i'm not planning to build apon it, so it's just free now. Please enjoy and note I am not accepting any comments on it currently.
