For anyone thats wanting platinum now. get the us version region free and im sure youll still be able to do events and connect to BR. its about £28 including p+p and usually takes about a week to get here. thats what im doing. now waiting till may for the same version -.-

There is a list of stores there so find your nearest. I've been hearing it on GAME radio for a week now, they never tell us anything in stores if you're not doing it! The locations are not all that good for people in South East. Closest to me is London. You would of thought they'd do one event per region, but nooo.

Could they tell if you started it up without showing them a menu screen? I went to a Woolworths event similar to what the GAME one is going to be and the event people pretty much kept away from me and my friend. They only assist you with the pokemon if you need it, but the pod gives instructions, so meh.

Bit angry with Game. Read the list of stores an no Edinburgh. Only one in Scotland is Glasgow.. Why do people always do stuff in glasgow and not in Edinburgh.. Its the capital >.> all the other capials are getting it. Not wasting my day treking to glasgow lol. just cheat the event

If you can just cheat it why are you so bothered that it's in Glasgow? Personally I don't find any point cheating in games such as this, just no sense of achievement.

Im the exact same, I prefer to complete a game without cheating. I'll only use cheats if im messing around on a game. And the only reason im bothered is events always get set up in glasgow but not in Edinburgh. Edinburgh is the capital so there should be a few events for things. But yes ill just cheat to get the oaks letter or w.e then catch it normaly.

Got mine today in Leicester, there was about four 10 year olds stood around the terminal and a dude in a pokemon T-Shirt, so I casually looked at the pre-owned games whilst getting myself a Shaymin :D

Only need 5 pokemon to complete my pokedex now :)

Well at mine, there were many people my age, and we all battled. A lot of them smelled and it became unbearable after a while. But then they left so it was ok. There wasn't enough 10 year olds there though, I usually get on with them better lol.
