For the UK = the UK flag icon. (the UK# and Z## badges are there).
International use (use by more Hotels) = Bronze, Gold, Silver star icon.

It hasn't been announced by any Hotel or something, but its not sure the UK will use it.

Some people have that badge, so it does exist, but I don't think they got it for logging in because not everyone has one- unless they had to log in before midday or something.

Got mine.
If you filled in the box you should have recieved it, however the badge was not at the bottom of your badge chooser, so look closely. :)
