Just in case you cant find CC Cleaner, its actually CCLeaner. It's available from cnetdownload.com for free!

Agreed. Cleaning out junk files is not going to get you more FPS in games.

If you have 100MB worth of temp files, it will slow down your computer enough to notice it.
