(YES): Merch. If you have no money, kill chaos droids. You can make about 70K per trip.

No. It's not. If you Item Farm for your cash, you have almost no life and should find a new game. If you're going to get rich on Runescape, do it the correct way.

You should post your stats, it will be easier to tell you which would be the fastest option for you.

I would just work on your highest skill - for example, if it's fishing, then fish sharks.
Hunter is also a pretty fast skill to level, and you can hunt Red Chins at 63 (..I think). They can get pretty crowded though.

Or if you have a decent combat level, you could kill Green Dragons in the Chaos Tunnels and collect the hide and bones they drop.
You can bank at Bounty Hunter which is closeby.
