dont think that one will work, seeing as how rolling stone already named it best single of 2008. but then again spin named "paper planes" by m.i.a. song of 2008 when it actually came out in mid-2007. so i guess it doesnt really matter haha.

All those things are a bit messed up, they do "best of 0X" at the worst possible times, kinda like fiscal years for music, they'll go from October 08 till September 09 and say it's the best of 09 or whatever. xD
