When I bought my iPod touch from Amazon it was delivered within 2 days of placing the order.

Chris, For you're own sake, buy extended warranty. my iTouch recently broke and It's going to cost me 200£ to repair, if I had extended warrenty it would have cost nothing and i'm only two months out.

Amazon is just about like Apple's service, except they don't manufacture them - so a saving is a good idea.
