The North Korean government already said it was a success and the satellite was in orbit and transmitting. Communists can't tell the truth.

They said that it was in orbit, yet Russia and the USA confirmed that the satellite, or whatever payload fell into the pacific ocean, yet Korea kept lying.

Who else knows what they are lying about.

But they confirmed nothing new was added to orbit, and the second stage and all the payload fell off ;P
