yes i prefer listenting to music that no-one else does because when they sing it or play it 24/7 i start to hate the artist, i prefer listenting to music that isn't in the spotlight because they tend to be overplayed **** & liked by 10 year olds. My 10 year old cousin was singing pokerface today and i was like "shut up, please" :)

Gaga got her stage name when the music producer Rob Fusari compared her vocal style to that of Freddie Mercury and took the name 'Gaga' from the Queen song, "Radio Ga-Ga". It was Fusari who helped her to write some of her early hits, including "Disco Heaven", "Dirty Ice Cream" and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich".[18]

i agree with that. i wouldnt say i HATE the artist coz i dont its just that most of the time the artist got crappy and boring and dont have that *special* thing going on after they're more popular than before as most try to please the new fans instead of sticking to their unique... styles i guess. and the people who like the songs now are mostly bimbos ew.

oh, and style-wise it's basically impossible to do anything unique. they'll always be someone who has similar influences to you. realistically speaking she's not really THAT unique in her music either.

Some people in there are proper hating on gaga full on. My brother just showed me and shocked at how they were so determined on proving that gaga is basically crap.

Imo, gaga is very talented and like Alex pointed out, I got the album late august but I don't get put off them if they're overplayed. It's like with Girls Aloud becoming more popular over the years, I'm still a true fan.

thats exactly my view on her. i dont really mind her very much, she's one of only a few tolerable white pop singers today. she's taking a bit of a different approach but it'll certainly get old if she keeps with it. hopefully she'll use her new-found fame to expand her sound beyond her image.

so while i want to give a love/hate answer, i think its too early for me to judge on this one. ill see where she goes with this.
