Hello,
I personally think the moderation on this forum really bites. I have seen a number of things happening nothing gets done about it. Instead of letting a mod pick THREE forums to moderate, let them moderate them all. The system is terrible, I mean some of the mods must be atleast 12 years old because they don't know how to open/close reports. In my time here, I have noticed this forum grow and as it has gone downhill. The moderation system needs to be improved, hire a head mod that will hire/fire moderators, I mean I, would certainly criticise (you know I have before Sierk) moderators work, even admins but the problem is the mods.
Thank you.

I'm not sure if Admins are aware of how corrupt HxForum has become, and how thei reputation has tarnished. I do believe that something about the mods ect are changing, not sure though.

Thank you for agreeing with me, I was the 11th member to this forum and it was good then, now it's terrible.

*Aherm* I was a moderator for some time on HxForum. So here's a bit from my P.O.V.
I was a quite busy mod and got sacked in quite unfortunant circumstances. I know the forums I moded didn't have any problems at all, mainly cos I picked some quite easy ones. It would be nice to see some senior mods as Super mods for ease. So there.

I was also a mod previously.
I think the whole system needs to be changed, not new ones introduced.
I agree with Evolution.

Yes, there are some problems with the moderation system currently; but moderators/admin are not fully responsible. I would confidently say that the amount of spam, swearing, or any other violations of the forum rules have increased dramatically from when I first became a moderator in February. However, this is not because the forum members have changed, it is because the forum has grown in members. If the forum grows in members; it needs more moderators. This will most likely occur in the near future after a few other things have occured. But, until then, we will just have to go with the amount of moderators that we have.

As Corey said, the amount of rule breaking that is going on is to blame, I know some moderators work their socks off trying to remove it all, we are only human. Admins are aware and action will be taken ASAP

We are busy to change the moderating system a bit, but I don't have much time so it goes slow.

I am working very hard at the moment for fix this problem. Perhaps I could go a bit faster if I didn't have to keep telling people this fact. Just stop complaining and it will get sorted. Ty.

Evolution please don't bump.
Edit by sierk. Please don't comment on somebody else breaking the forum rules in a post. This is against the forum rules. Only Moderators may correct somebody and only by editing a post or sending a pm. If you have a problem with a post, use the Report bad post button. Thanks

The admins did have a recent meeting about the forum and moderators.
It went on for over 2 hours i think and we still have not finished,
But from what we discussed there are going to be alot of changes soon :)
