You click on any of them to do what it says. Meanings of these:

Web Mail >> Were you login
Email Domain Forwarding >> A @yoursite.com goes to a different email
Manage/Add/Remove Accounts >> Add new emails / remove

Change your password
Remember! Change your password often.

CPanel blocks silly and guessable passwords.

Parked domains is what can access the site to. (e.g., www.habboxforum.com can be saw as www.habboxforum.co.uk but its links will still be www.habboxforum.com/link)

Addon Domains
This is were you can add domains on.

You create a subdomain in your cpanel, and make a domain link to it.

FTP Manager
Here you manage FTP.

You can add / modify / remove accounts, and see whos currently connected to FTP and disconnect them! Mwuahahahahahaha!

Disk Usage
Disk usage is how much disk space you use.

Backup
The backup link is to create a backup of your files before you do editing to a hard page or somethign like that.

Password Protect Directores
Dont want someone to see a page? Come here!

Thats the ends of part one, post 1 post after this so I can carry it on!

No it doesn't. You can just rent a server out at $75 a month. You should make most of the money back for the next month. So then it's usually 10 dollars a month.

Does the $75 a month include the cpanel fee's and all the other stuff..

Yes because your only renting the server, even though you have total control over it. All the software you need is included in the price.
