try lunar isle usually alot of afkers there and also try fist of guthix arena

No actually most dpers just stand around in a hotzone. Tb them, freeze them, then kill them with smite.

I didn't mean freeze, it's that snare tele :D And no, you can't when they're fighting, but some dp'ers just stand in areas like the third story fally room and wait.

Yes and no. They stand in corners of hotspots like Varrock museum, and just stand around while posting on other forums and such. Usually they hear when they're being attacked, but by then you have them tb'd and snared.
