Hello user, I'm a expierenced bodybuilder, so here is a good healthy way to loose weight.

First of all, you'll have to learn to label read. Heres an example, low fat milk - good for you? NO. Even though it says 2% fat, its 2% biovolume, but that doesn't matter, what matters is the percent of calories by fat.

Information on weight in the USA and UK
We have a huge obesity problem in the UK and America. The big part of the problem is that the foods taste soo good, with modern chemistry and artificial flavourings you cant just have one mega cheesy puff, you have the whole bag. Back when all people had to eat was baked potato and peas, obestity was not a problem.

Beginning

You must have five small meals a day, and do some sort of cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes. Every meal is going to contain the following, with the first containing the largest portion, the last portion - the least.

The largest item of every meal is going to be vegtables (high in fibre, low in calories), the next is going to be whole grains (also alot of fibre, good for your system), then a form of protein - it could be red meat, fish or even beans. Then a serving of fruit.

You're body does not store protein well so you cant just have a steak on your fourth meal and say thats your protein for the day, it doesn't work like that.

Keep your body fat very low, less than 10% by calories.

For your 30 minutes of cardio I reccomend jogging or hard cycling.
