I no I never questioned it before because I came in as habbos next top dj and that was for UK and International I belive ? I dont remember putting down UK for that application

If i click on you on skype it tells me the time you have your skype set to which by default is the time your computer is set to.
Jess has already said that following that link explains that you are in GMT.

Im in Dublin Ireland and im still classed as a UK DJ so yeah your a UK Citizen :)
