.MSWMM is the file extension for the actual project. You need to save it as a .WMV file, then you can upload it. It should be under File>Save Project and from there you can select the .WMV extension. I don't know for sure having not used Windows Movie Maker in a while but give it a shot.
If it doesn't upload as a .WMV, save it again but as a .MPG it should upload as that too.

And if you say something like "Im sure you just read my post" No Because Im make gaming videos so I think I know where to save it.

I'm looking now on Windows Movie Maker (on Vista, can't remember what it's like on XP) and clicking "Save Project" will just save it as a .MSWMM, so you're information is wrong. On mine, it's "Publish Movie..." so yeah, do excuse me if I post your *cough* "advice" again.
