I'm confused o.o Do I do as it says or ignore it.. =S 'Cos I'm probably being stupid, but I'm unsure if it's lies or not? aha.

Well, the link is definitely Microsoft's own, so I can't imagine if it was anyone impostering that they'd gain very much out of it. That said, if you can still sign in okay, I really doubt you'd need to do anything to continue using the service.

I followed the link and tried to change my email ID but it said it was unable to do so at this time :S.
