HxHd Kicking me because of name

Ok i walked into HxHd and i was standing in the door being quite and they keep kicking me because they tought i was the forum user buttons which i explained to them i wasnt but they keep kicking even when i made another account Hoteluser keep kicking me i think because he is the only one i saw behind the desk, i wasnt even doing anything and they were shouting abuse like "noob noob haha **** habbo"

Do you think that is acceptable?

omg better add that to ur list of rules then!!!!!!!! ones that u make up every few seconds. & u were kicking harry (before perm) cause u THOUGHT it was me before he did anything so yeah seriously make sure you know it's someone before you kick. Im not sad enough to make clone accounts just to come in & if you didn't notice i was on my own account at all times.

The names you were on had email addresses in them. If that wasn't enough, they were mine and Leah's email addresses. This is clearly unacceptable, exposing your own email address is one thing, but exposing other people's email addresses?

I've reported your clones to the mods, and you're perm banned in the help desk.

thats the only account i have been useing, i never claimed i owned staffs email adresses habbo name and were would i get them? you have no proof it was me your are assuming its me because i made this thread

Whilst I know this instance is actually just the guy being an idiot, I did actually get kicked constantly earlier with no reason given at the time because I'd been mistaken for someone else. There's a video with proof but for some reason 3 minutes of video is 65mb and I can't upload it anywhere easily because my internet keeps crashing when I try. I understand that mistakes happen but even with me repeatedly saying "I'm not banned" and attempting to ask for a reason there was never a reason given until I enquired later once my main account had been unbanned (I'd got 2 hours for swearing).
