[RELEASE] FREE VBULLETIN SKIN!

This vBulletin skin was made by RyanDOT from HabboxForum and ClubHabbo. This vBulletin skin is my first skin i made in my life, so it's very simple. I added some habbo images but the main skin doesn't looks habboish. But oh well.

The download link will contain the .xml file, images and a readme.txt file.
