Do you have the latest version? (Version 11.5.0.595)
If not I suggest you download it here http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/thankyou/ (http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/thankyou/)
That will automaticly start the download for you.
However, if you have got the current version, I would recommend you use the help tool. http://www.habbo.co.uk/help/70
If you have anymore issues with it, PM me.
Thanks

Have you:
Got the latest version or shockwave?
If you have, clear your Cache and Temp. Internet Files.
Also add the site to your 'trusted sites' list. (If you have one)
Or contact Habbo via the Help Tool (www.habbo.co.uk/help/70)

Well I've never had this before, the only ways you can sort it out is what I have already said. It most probably is your computer. I would suggest that you contact Adobe.
Click Here for the direct contact link. (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15508&sliceId=2)
Hope this helps.

I think we've all established that it's their computer that's the problem.
However, I do agree that you should contact Adobe. They're the only ones who'll be able to get to the bottom of it really.
