She's like really busy I think. She probaly gets flooded with pm's every day and it would take her ages to reply to every single pm. But I'm sure she reads them :)

She probably gets too many pointless PMs to answer them all. By the way it is against Forum Rule B1 to bother Habbox staff with private messages.
