I also think Ronnie, she has lost her daughter that she has been without for all her life. She has also found out just how evil her own dad is after he lied to her and everything.
I think Ronnie, as she lost her daughter.

Kinda obvious it's Ronnie. She lost her daughter, but not only that, said horrible things to her not knowing what she was saying. Stacey was only a friend and Peggy is just having an old granny tiff with her husband - by saying she wants him dead. Except she's head of the Walford Mitchell Mafia, so the chances of Archie being murdered is higher than any old granny (literally) saying they want someone dead.
