So,

I called Ofcom about Tiscali not giving us our mac code, they said in five days they have to react, they havn't phoned me or anything, there leaving me hanging.

What should I do?

Ring em up, tell them you'll set ofcom onto them if you don't get your mac code.

Yeah.... my friend who is also with them thinks that they've made all the call centre staff redundant.

Give it till Wednesday due to bank holidays and such.

Remember mondays a bank holiday as well, which means they will have a back log of requests to catch up on so maybe give them a couple of days extra
