There is team of Moderators in Habbo 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Moderators work in 4 hour shift intervals. So yes, even on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.

They do, even though there is a MOD shortage over easter a MOD said, they still work for example MOD-Omega did a 12hour shift yesterday 1pm to 1am.

There really isn't many

It's not healthy to sit in front of a computer for such a long period of time. In any work place staff have to be allocated breaks every so often away from a computer if it is your primary role.

Yes.. of course they do or they wouldn't be getting paid for it - use some common sense? You don't see most of the work they do, so you really can't judge.
