Hey, my laptop is deciding it won't turn on without the charger in, its a toshiba laptop, I got it for my birthday last year, does anybody have any idea what the problem may be?

Your battery might not have a good connection, disconnect and reconnect it. If that doesn't work, your battery might be faulty, or might have a broken connection from the battery connection to the motherboard. If that's the case, you'll need to try a new battery to be sure. If it is that, you'll need to keep the charger in at all times to use it, or buy a new battery.
