You have to know the model of your sound card/device in order to find the drivers.

Go to Device Manager find your audio device and copy the name of it here and we will be able to help.

Use CPU-Z to find out what your motherboard model is, look up the motherboard on the manufacturers website and it should tell you there. Then google for the drivers

Has anybody noticed that it's a USB audio device? It's not the sound card.
