Does anyone know any FREE photo editing software... you know the kind of 'Photoshop'?

I tried Pacasa 3 today - wasnt too bad :D

But to know some more would be good

Paint.net (www.getpaint.net) is a rather well known free one but I'm happy enough with Picasa 3 usually.

^ Have you got 'Getpaint' on your computer? if so, what is it like? Picasa 3 doesnt really offer THAT MUCH stuff, but it is still good

Paint.net is pretty good with a lot of user made tutorials online too.

I did have it on my computer until I started using Photoshop. The GIMP is free and it's really an alternative to photoshop. I personally like(d) using it...

thats awesome... but it doesnt half slow my laptop down o.O

great for changing eye colour etc. though :)

The gimp is the closest free alternative to photoshop.

I've gotten Photoshop for free 3 times. You have to search a bit, and know what your looking for. But its worth it.
Everything free is crap imo.

You can do it manually; as in edit it yourself.

ohwait i thought that was paint. As in the paint everyone has.
Meh, personal opinion. The graphics i need to do are pretty advanced and dont seem to work on anything thats free.

That's where I seen it advertised and thought I'd give it a shot.
It is truly worth advertising anywhere else too.
