20 years ago today 96 liverpool supporters went to watch there favourite team in the fa cup semi final against nottingham forest at hillsborough, but never came home. Due to so many people there & police not taking control they were sadly crushed to death & over 700 hundred injured.

Liverpool football club will be holding a memorial service today as they do each year. There will be a 2 minute silence at 3:06pm & the whole of liverpool is coming to a stand still to remember the 96, I ask you kindly to do the same also.
And also, please do not turn this into a arguement like last years please! There is no need for it!
