I woke up today feeling terrible.
My arms and legs just feel like they don't want to work.
I have football practise in an hour and I'm not sure if to go so I need your advice.

Looks like you've gone to footie practice. :)
Anyways, just rest and have a hot bath with salt water - I've had loads of aches and pains in the morning and the salt water really makes a difference.
Maybe you slept on your arms - and for too long, which may have occur the aching.
Also sleep sideways - Sleeping on your back for too long will cause pain and aches.
If your in pain in the morning go to the doctors. :)
Hope i helped. :)

Well the reason for this was because I've been playing to much football over the Easter Holidays, even worse I did go to training last night which put more pressure on. My legs and arms are just aching so I'm going to rest them now until Sunday because that's when I have a game xD

Cool. :) If you still feel the same on Sunday then it's best not to take the risk, you might end up putting more strain on your legs.
Get well soon. ;)

I disagree, the pains are probably from not warming up and down properly, and aren't anything serious so he may as well play :)

Yeah it could be that as well. I don't think that's a good idea playing when your not even at least 90 percent fit, playing could make it a lot worse. It will also take even longer to recover.
