There are lot's in Europe especially in place like Holland, Germany, Italy etc. It's pretty rare in the UK however. But yeah there is usually some way of putting it, you wouldn't tend to just go up and say you want a ***** for the night. As someone stated above a 'massage' is actually a very popular way of asking.
