Could someone code my layout please.

Hey,

Could someone code a layout for me? Its a pretty straight forward one. 5 Navigation buttons, and 1 main content box. It has three small boxe's aligned at the bottom.

Could anyone please code it in div's is possible as I will be using an expanding javascript iframe so it must expand.
