Just won one in rare Grabber but I dunno how they come around?

Are they payday+?

Quite common, personally i'm holding onto mine. Just look at things like Grey Share Bears where even more were given out, now they are 40.0 CS.

I think there are 20-30 depending on how many haftas were given out in 2009.
