you shouldn't be asking on a forum if you're experiencing what you've just said, go the the hospital.

Not true. I literally shattered my elbow once, and although excruciatingly painful I could still move it a little. In fact I can vividly recall the extremely drunk nurse at the BBQ I broke the bone at moving my arm around reassuring me it wasn't broken despite the fact it was.

Is the pain on the front, back or top of the elbow, Despite what your mums says go to A&E, it can get worse untreateed, stop taking so many pain killers, if it gets worse you won't be able to tell.

Most likely a tendon or a muscle as the shoulder region is mainly tendons and muscles, and there are alot of shoulder injuries from rugby.

And if your mum was a good nurse she would have got that thing x-ray'd if it's as bad as you say it is

Yeah best to get it checked out my brother broken his wrist and it healed weirdly even with treatment.. the doctor then had to re-break it on purpose and let it heal 'correctly'

I had a similar incident a few years back. I did break my clavical aka collarbone. It was my shoulder that hurt the most. I could move my arm okay, but I could only life it to the height of my chest. Cudnt get my arm above my head, or even to my chin. I also had no strength in the arm, and leant to that side slighty, because I couldnt keep the shoulder upright.

I suggest A & E. They just strapped it up, and gave me a lot of painkillers.

Hope you're okay!

i think your mum won't take you because you aren't covered by the insurance that you get when you sign up to a club. you were underage.

I dont really know much about this, but yeah go see your doctor because that could be serious. It could also be a minor dislocation.
