Ian and Idea are over the moon that bestselling author, Dame Jacqueline Wilson is joining us for a chat. Will you join us?
Anyone who has read Jacqueline’s books knows that she has a knack for understanding young people.
And she really listens, too. It’s what has made her so successful at what she does.
Did you know she was the most borrowed author in libraries in 2004? And no less than six of her books have been made into to TV series too.
Listening is also one of the things that Jacqueline has in common with ChildLine. One of the reasons she’ll be joining us is to support Idea’s Be Different March, which is all about celebrating what makes you unique. So she’ll probably have lots to say about that sort of thing.
This is the first time that Habbo have had a Dame or Sir visit, so make sure you join us this Friday at 4pm in Idea agency Zen Garden and the Idea agency in the Habbo Mall.

I used to love her books but looking back they are rather repetative.
I think a lot of the slightly younger habbo players will enjoy her visit and i think the older players will probably be indifferent.
Hope she doesn't get abuse!

Nah she would be contacted and it would say something like:

Dear Dame Jacqueline Wilson,

We would like to invite you to Habbo Hotel, an online game. You would arrive on the 24th Friday April 2009, ChildLine are sponsoring us here at Habbo and we would love it if you could come in and answer some questions as we know you are great at talking and more importantly listening to the younger generation.
If you could possible make it, then please contact the Habbo main office at PHONE NUMBER.

Hehe, I never heard of her here in Holland, but while reading these comments she's comparable to "Carry Slee" in the Netherlands :P

It would be great to meet her, even on Habbo, I used to like her books when I was younger. I won't bother trying to get in the room she's in when she visits though, I never get into events and stuff lol
She should try writing stuff for older people - or has she already?
