Ipod Issues

I use a ipod speakers and it charges the ipod automatically when I play music. So im charging the ipod every time I plug it in, even if it already fully/ nearly fully charged..
Is that bad for the ipod?

Secondly, I made a new user account on the computer and i want to get all the songs I bought on itunes from my first account to my second one. Is that possible?

It's not bad for the iPod but you should run the battery down until it turns off and then FULLY charge it every so often.

You can either copy the files from one account to another or login to your iTunes account in iTunes on the other account.

But thing is, i've logged onto the itunes on the new account and none of the songs are there, and I can't copy and paste between computer accounts because it means i have to log off.
