iPhone Jailbreak Problem

So I want to jailbreak my iPhone using QuickPWN on windows because IT messed up last time I tryed on my mac BUT I try to run quickPWN and I get this ...

So I click debug and then get this

So I go into the DEP (Data Execution Prevention) bit and try to add the QuickPWN app to allow and I get this

Then after I click Open I get this error.

So how am I ment to run DEP on that program HELPP PLEASE.
