Parent Love?

am i the only one that finds it disgusting to see parents kissing and holding hands ?
i think they should have a age limit.

Personally I think anyone, whatever their age, should keep things like kissing to their personal space. Holding hands / hugging or whatever is fine though - older people and parents have love lives too. They even have sex you know :-O! It's fine in my opinion, providing they keep it private.

What the hell is wrong with older people holding hands? I think there is nothing cuter than old people holding hands actually! I find absolutely nothing wrong with parents kissing/hugging/holding hands, it proves they're still happy together or if it's a new partner wouldn't you be happy that they are? Maybe they don't like seeing younger people all over each other.

Older people kissing/hugging/holding hands etc is actually more comforting than the youngsters I see now-a-days. You walk down the street and there will be two young-adults (teenagers) kissing and the boys hand will be everywhere on the female.

(I have only seen boys doing this).

Thats what I was thinking, some young people do a lot worse in public, older people hold hands or occasionally kiss.
Very old people are, as Buttons pointed out, very sweet to see holding hands... not sure why but yeh.

My parents are in love! Just not with each other haha. My dad proposed to his girlfriend last night actually which was a shock but good on him, and yeah I don't mind a show of affection it's just like anyone else doing it tbh, it's good that two people are happy together whatever age

This is a stupid thread. Ofc there is nothing wrong with older people (35+) doing 'stuff' they obviously do, it's a natural part of life and yes parents do have sex, they're not going to stop just because they have kids are they?

Theres nothing wrong with it, and its certainly not disgusting. But when its your own parents, you're with them, sometimes you feel a bit embarrassed. Especially if your friends see.
But its better to see two people in love, that arguing. And if its your own parents, then count yourself lucky that they are still in love and together.

i think adults should have the same public affection rights that young people do? i mean, there are some incredibly ugly teenagers who insist on eating each others' faces in public. i'd way rather see two normal adults "snogging" than two ugly teenagers doin' it.

i just think people in general need to grow up. loves all around, people kissing or hugging or holding hands doesnt effect me whatsoever. this conversation is kinda like how some people say "i dont mind gay people as long as they dont show affection in public." really its kinda arrogant.
