Hey there,

I'm looking to code a football match 'sign-up system'.

Admins will be allowed to add new matches via an admin form and this will then display on a frontpage list of upcoming matches. Then, a player can select the match they want to play in, and click sign-up to be a part of it.

Does anyone know if there are any TUTs to do something very similar. I can read PHP (not write) so could edit parts to make them work.

Alternatively, if you have the time, maybe you could help me on it.

Sounds a bit like a blog system... but instead of 'comments' you have a link that people click and it says 'attending this match' and updates a database..

a bit like facebook in reality.
