I've realised that most of the new staff in managment adapt really fast and act like they are a part of managment and take there role seriously which is good. It wasnt that long ago that managers acted like fools and had no clue about what they were doing.
For instance, today Melsia became Asst HxL Manager, already her two announcments look good and professional, obviously with some guidance from Jess but just a year ago announcements were sloppy, over the place and everything. I can remember when I became Asst HxHD Manager, I received no sort of training on how to conduct your self, write announcments etc. This so dont seem to be the case now, its brilliant.
It is also good to see members of managment staying managers for longer. Now, with the exception of some (jake) they are hanging around for a long time. It is also good to see how long some people have been managers now, I have no idea how long ,Jess, as been HxL manager now, Roxy916 is doing good too just like alot of other managers and assistants. Also Mr.OSH, AGM and Dept manager, both kept for a long period of time and going well, no signs of slowing down.
Well done the managers of Habbox :)

I can't stay still Joe :D Yeah, a lot of mangers are great. It's real good to see because stability does help the department they manage. I remember when I first made announcements like two years ago (wow 2 years today since I got ARVM I think!!) that I spent such a long time proof reading before I posted into announcements.

We've all heard the stories lol.
But ye, it is great to see them hanging around for much longer, and its not just on Habbox, its on alot of other fansites too! It's also wierd when you say Jake it was two years ago you became ARVM, like when we were new staff and young managers we had never heard of half the managers we have today and some were barely just trialists. I can remember when half of the managers today got there trials from me in HxHD or from you, its really wierd and were still here hanging on to little threads of something lol.

Yeah. Although I would say when I joined I would know who all the managers were but now I'd have no idea who all the managers were which isn't good but that's probably because I have no reason to care any more.

Yeah I know what you mean by that, alot of managers do keep them selves to them selves which I dont think is great but doing there job they are brilliant.
I agree with everything you've said :)
oh..except the content thing ;) Mr.OSH hasn't been able to access the internet so nothings really been updated site-wise (no "site updates" on sunday for ages? :P)

Yeah having continuity in a department is a good thing. On that note I haven't seen all that many announcements for staff leaving/being hired, maybe a few a week compared to a few a day in the old days. Would that suggest a more committed staff base too? :)

What has happened to the actual forum manager? Things seem so quiet lately, I hardly ever see him/her post.

i would certainly think so, its good to see that people want to get into departments now as they are smaller and more compant and efficent than ever.
